Kunming Museum is situated in the eastern section of Tuodong Road, positioned in the eastern part of Kunming City, Yunnan Province, China. Spanning an area of 20,000 square meters, this comprehensive museum embodies a topological nature, falling under the category of a national level-three museum. It was fully established and opened to the public on September 29th, 1997. Due to its former status as the site of Dizang Temple, it is alternatively known as "Dizang Temple Jing Building" or commonly referred to as the "Ancient Building".
